I’m excited!

Two reasons:

1) I’m getting my hair cut tomorrow!

2) I’m planning my marathon! Yep, I’ve decided I’m definetly going to do it!! My mum is on board, so now I have some serious research to get down to…so this will only be a brief post!

I snacked on a hot chocolate, one of those funky European cheese triangle things, and some sweet potato crisps:

The crisps totally surprised me – they were meant to be sweet potato so I thought they’d be..well..I wasn’t sure..but I didn’t think they’d look like this (despite the picture on the packet :p)

They were way too processed! I was not impressed

Dinner was a lovely noodle tofu stir fry – I picked up some smoked tofu in town today (I love that stuff smoked!)

So I had a load of that, with egg noodles, squash, parsnip and a load of garlic. Whilst stir frying the noodles and tofu, I added in lots of these beauties:

Delish!

It was a lorra lorra food, but it tasted darn good!!

My evening snack was – – a hot chocolate, some yogurt, and this beautiful cookie!

To be honest I thought it would taste better, but it was still alright

MK! Now I’m going to get back to my planning – I’m currently researching flight times, climates etc – I’ve narrowed my search down to three marathons – All in October – One in Washington DC, one in Minnesota, and one in Ohio. Do any Americans out there have any opinions on where is the best place? ie nicest landscape, best weather, more stuff to do etc? I’ve been to DC and it was lovely, but that was in August and it was S O O O  hot!!

Any opinions would be appreciated
