New Challenge!!
Move at least 20 minutes a day for the whole of Lent – I’m joining in with the lovely Kristin (www.iowagirleats.com) on her mission!
Day 1: 10K 50min run
Day 2: So far – 21minute run…successful so far by 1 minute
*Edit – add to that another 28minute run!
Day 3: 21 minute (2miles and 1k) run
25mins Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred (part III) and 10minutes of Tae Bo – anyone tried that? It’s SO fun!!
Day 4: 10mile run, wahey!! Ihr122mins..does that count for like, 5 days of the 40 Day Challenge!?
Day 5: 25minutes of Jillian’s 30 Day Shred- Part III
Day 6: 25minutes of…you guessed it – Jilliant Part III! I can’t get enough of that workout, I feel like I’ve worked all my muscles after it
I also threw in the mix a 15minute aerobics section of a DVD and a 12minute Tae Bo section. Would’ve run, but it was POURING with rain…
Day 7: 4mile run, 33minutes
Day 8: 15mile run, 2hrs 6minutes. Oh yeah!!
Day 9: Day off
Day 10: 1hour ish aerobics/weights DVDs
